lightning bolt on right side of heart; left shoulder-heart w/sword through it.
Name blacked out.
Clothing: White long sleeved shirt with red & blue checked pattern on
collar and cuffs; new pair of blue jeans. Black, low-cut tennis shoes, with Velcro
Jewelry: Gold-colored necklace with brass ring on it; digital wristwatch,
silver with silver band.

Details of Disappearance
John Akkerman was last heard from on August 7, 1987.
The Spokane cab driver was midway through his shift for Checker Cab Company. at 12.20 when he picked up a fare at Fifth and Wall, near Deaconess Medical Center.
He told his dispatcher he was taking the man to Spokane Valley. The dispatcher never heard from Akkerman again.
Akkerman's cab was found abandoned at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Madison, four blocks from where he picked up his last fare, parked at an unusual angle.
Both his wallets were missing: one wallet for personal cash & id; one wallet for cab fare money.
