    scar on chin and one scar on abdomen.

  • Clothing: Possibly a T-shirt, blue or black pants,
    black zip-up hoody, athletic shoes, carrying a purse.

  • Details of Disappearance
    Tonia was last seen on the evening of March 29, 1997 approximately 2:00pm at a bar called Chris' Place on Clark Street in Elyria, OH.

    She was seen leaving there and walked east down Clark Street towards Concord Avenue. Her purse was later found with her ID still inside of it. Medication and belongings were left in the middle of the night at her motherís doorstep on the night she disappeared.

    Her Social Security number, driverís license, credit cards or identity has not been used since she was reported missing. Foul play is suspected.
