    Gisselle and her siblings, Eowynne and Giovanni, were abducted by their non cusodial mother, Isabel San Miguel Rodriguez.
    They are possibly traveling to Madrid, Spain, or Boise, Idaho. Their father has applied for the return of the children to the United States
    under the international civil treaty: The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. Do not pick up based on this information.
