    Apgar left her mother's residence on November 18, 1999. She was last seen by friends in Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky on November 19, 1999. It is possible that she left the hotel to meet someone; she was rumored to have been meeting her ex-husband. Her family said that she was in fear for her life at the time. She has not been seen or heard from since.

    Apgar was living in Clermont County, Ohio at the time of her disappearance.
