    Richele Bear was last seen on August 9, 2013, leaving a residence in the 900 block of Rae Street.

    She lived in the 900 block of Retallack Street at the time. She is believed to live a high risk lifestyle. She was reported missing to the Regina Police Service on September 5, 2013.

    In May 2014 Regina police charged 32-year-old Clayton Eichler with first-degree murder in Richele’s death. Clayton Eichler, 34, was arrested and charged on New Year's Eve 2013 with the second-degree murder of Kelly Goforth. The charge was later upgraded to first-degree murder.

    At the same time, Eichler is scheduled to appear on charges of aggravated sexual assault of yet another aboriginal woman.

    When Eichler was charged with the killings, police said if convicted he would be the first serial killer in Regina's history.
