  • Details of Disappearance
    Bell was last seen by her sister late in the evening of May 10, 2003, inside their shared apartment in the 800 block of North Randall Road. She left the television on, candles burning in her bedroom, and her two young children with family members after receiveing a phone call from a boyfriend.

    Her family says it is uncharacteristic of her to leave without warning; they and police fear she met with foul play.
    The boyfriend is a person of interest, but he has not been charged with any crime.
