  • Details of Disappearance
    James was last seen at approximately 8:00am leaving his residence on foot in the 5800 block of Montrose to go to an appointment at Wills Eye Hospital via the train. James left his appointment at 11:30am in the vicinity of 8th Street and Walnut in Philadelphia, PA.

    He had no more than $5 on him, but he had a lot of identification on him, including his driver's license, Blue Cross card and SEPTA pass. James Sr. worked for 40 years at Campbell Soup in Camden, retiring in 1998.
