    dentures, red, rashy marks on torso due to liver disease. Mustache.
  • Medical Conditions: Basal cell carcinoma behind ears and on scalp.
    He may need medication.

  • Details of Disappearance
    Charles was last seen at approx. 10:30am at his residence in the vicinity of 7th Street and Union Hills in Phoenix, AZ.

    He allegedly went camping in the Bradshaw Mountains, Turkey Creek area in Yavapai, AZ. His vehicle was also missing and is described as a 1990 black Jeep Wrangler with chrome bumpers and grill, bikini top, no windows, lift kit, a metal 2" grasshopper on the dash and AZ Lic #212-RMZ.

    The jeep was located between Minnehaha and Wagoner in Yavapai County in April 2008. The area is extremely rugged country which complicates things.
