    Clements Iwan Budiman is wanted in connection with the international parental kidnapping of his daughter, Miranda.

    On October 31, 1998, Budiman took his daughter from their home in Dallas, Georgia. When his wife returned home from work that evening, she found that her husband and daughter, as well as her husband's car and various personal belongings, were gone.

    It was later determined that Budiman had purchased two airline tickets from Atlanta, Georgia, to Jakarta, Indonesia, for travel on October 31, 1998. They may have traveled to Indonesia, Australia, or the Netherlands. Warrant for arrest #W-000021524/FBI, issued on July 20, 1999.
