Vital Statistics at Time of Disappearance
Details of Disappearance
Albert Campbell, age 79 left his Byemoor residence, 75 Km southeast of Stettler,Alberta, on Wednesday around 3:00 pm and has not returned home. Mr. Campbell suffers from the affects of Alzheimer’s disease and his family fears he has become lost. Up date Stetler RCMP are appealing to property owners, renters, motorists, service provides and the general public at large to assist in the search for this missing senior. Due to the affects of Alzheimer’s disease Mr. Campbell will not be familiar with his surroundings, he is considered a missing person. Accordingly we are asking for property owners or those having access, to check their properties and outbuildings for any signs of either Mr. Campbell or his vehicle. It is very likely the vehicle has run out of gas or Campbell has become ill or incapacitated. He was driving a dark blue Dodge ram pick-up bearing Alberta licence plate 33 B209. It is known that Campbell is likely driving at a very slow rate of speed and will likely be very confused. Anyone encountering either Campbell or his vehicle is asked to immediately contact police by calling 911. It would benefit authorities to stay in contact with the person or vehicle to ensure authorities are able to render assistance. Information regarding possible sightings can be passed on to Stettler Detachment.
