    Rogelio was born and raised in San Antonio he went on a supervised trip with a friend's family. We were told he went out swimming with friends in the ocean and he did not return to the beach; no body ever recovered; had coast guard and special aircraft look for body- no results; suspicious phone calls post disappearance and sightings.
