Details of Disappearance
Annalycia has been missing from Clyde's Market in Chiloquin, Oregon since July 9, 1994. Annalycia Cruz traveled in an open backpack with her mother's boyfriend on a fishing trip to a creek near Fort Klamath. After a day of fishing, the man told Klamath County sheriff's investigators he stopped at a Chiloquin market to buy an apple and left her in the car. When he returned, she was gone. He went to their Sprague River home and asked his girlfriend if she picked up Annalycia. An attendant at a Sprague River gas station which the boyfriend visited before the fishing trip reported hearing a baby crying in a car. So police knew Annalycia was with the man at that point. But there weren't any signs of foul play or anything that would indicate that something traumatic happened. Because of a lack of witnesses - including the gas station attendant who died several days after Annalycia was reported missing - and no physical evidence, Annalycia was never found.
