    upper arms; birthmark on right lower back; pierced ear.
  • Clothing: T-shirt, denim shorts, brown sandals, and
    a black "Dynamos" hat.

    • Details of Disappearance
    Jose was last seen on May 19, 2006 in Houston, Texas; he was supposed to pick up his children from school, but never showed up. The next day, police found his pickup engulfed in flames in a Katy, Texas parking lot. Jose does have a criminal history, but his ex-wife does not believe he fled to avoid authorities. He always kept in touch with her in the past, and was actively involved with raising their daughters. Searches of the area have not turned up any evidence.

    Foul play is a possibility.
