Vital Statistics at Time of Disappearance
Details of Disappearance
Last contact with him was on Friday, June 30, 2006 at 12:30 p.m. There are concerns about his mental well-being and safety. Edward left his dog "Moe" inside the residence upon his disappearance. This was very unusual according to family because Edward took the dog everywhere wish him. No foul play is suspected. Mr. Czerwony may have wandered off voluntarily and frequently visits taverns. All search resources have been exhausted.
Officially Edward had no medical conditions, however his family stated he would "space out" sometimes after he had been binge drinking. Approximately one year prior to his disappearance Edward "spaced out" and wondered off into a neighbors barn. If the neighbor had not found him he probably would have froze to death. Edwards family described Edward as suffering from delirium and hallucinations because of his alcohol addiction. The Portage County Sheriff's Office has dealt with Edward in the past concerning his alcohol abuse and mental state.
