    Delaney has been missing under suspicious circumstances since Wednesday October 27, 1999. Delaney was last seen when he was released from the Pierce County Jail, after being held for a traffic violation. His vehicle, a 1982 Datsun pickup, was found in April of 2000 near Delaney's home in the 1300 block of South J St. Delaney was an avid gun enthusiast, and frequented local gun shops and air shows.
