    • Details of Disappearance
    Samuel was last seen at Typhoid Larry O'Leary's, 2531 Broadway, on Oct. 14, 2000. He was driving a red moped with a torn seat at the time and has had no contact with family or friends since Oct. 7, 2000. Family members say that Samuel was conscientious and never went long without speaking with them.
