    • Details of Disappearance
    Carlos was last seen at his family's home. The family dog died and he said he would be right back and went to bury our family dog Susie on December 23, 1986. After he left we realized he did not bring any of his identification with him. It was getting late and my other brother went to search for him and all he found was the dog, still not buried and Carlos was never seen again. Carlos left behind his beautiful baby daughter and loving family. He would have never left on his own and foul play is suspected
