    Thomas, also known as Tom, was last seen in the evening hours at his residence in the 30 block of Ravine Ridge Rd. in Salisbury, Connecticut.
    He was initially believed to have left the house no earlier than 7:20 p.m.
    It is unknow if he walked away or was driven away from a part time caretaker at his 34 Ravine Ridge Road home in Salisbury on July 21, 2007, sometime after 3 p.m.
