    make frequent stops. He was frail, short of breath and walked slowly.
    Thomas has difficulty communicating with others,
    suffers from dementia and needs medication.

  • Details of Disappearance
    Thomas was last seen in the evening hours at his residence in the 30 block of Ravine Ridge Road in Salisbury, Connecticut.
    He was initially believed to have left the house no earlier than 7:20 p.m. His caretaker eventually changed her story to say he could have been unaccounted for for several hours.

    It is unknow if he walked away or was driven away from a part time caretaker at his 34 Ravine Ridge Road home in Salisbury on July 21, 2007, sometime after 3 p.m. That summer, Drew reportedly had not ventured more than 10 feet from the back door. A former New York City fashion designer, Drew had lived in Salisbury since 1980. His wife died in 1984. Up until his disppearance he was Deacon of the Salisbury Congregational Church, he worked with various clothing shops in the area, and he volunteered at the Tremaine Gallery at the Hotchkiss School. He was a veteran of World War II.
