    Dycus was last seen leaving his parents home in Glendale, Arizona on January 11, 1998. He did not take any money, id or personal belongings with him. Kevin was upset at the time of his disappearance and had been drinking. Kevin had a substance abuse problem but law enforcement does not feel it lead to his disappearance. Kevin's disappearance is out of character and law enforcment belives that he did not disappear by choice and is considered to be endangered.
