Details of Disappearance
The boat was found on Nov. 3rd on the shore of Cape Canaveral near a NASA launch pad on military land. On Nov. 6th boat owner Gary Lisk's body was identified after being found on the boat wreckage.
According to Neil's mother, who was divorced from Neil Wayne, the float plan that was given to authorities was not the true plan. She was told by an acquaintance that it was "made up" by another friend. Both of Gary's computers were compromised shortly before he was due to return. A variety of family members of the three men have been detained at one point or another in conjunction with the case.
Neither Neil nor his father has been located. There are rumors of foul play regarding this case.
Three men, Neil Wayne Eddleman , his son Neil Alan Eddleman, and boat owner Gary Lisk left a private dock at 5 p.m. Oct. 17 on an overnight fishing trip. They were to go to a popular fishing spot about 65 miles Southwest of Naples, FL. They were to return Oct. 18th at around 6 p.m. The next day, Oct. 19, Neil's wife called the authorities.
