    Troy has not been seen or heard from since Sunday, June 4, 2000, when he dropped off his children at a family member's home in the Cornwall area, after a weekend long visitation.

    On June 5, he called a friend in Smiths Falls to tell him he was driving from Cornwall to visit. He never arrived. Later that day, the Lincoln he was driving was found burned out and abandoned in the Lanark Highlands, northwest of Perth.

    Troy owns a cottage near Wolf Lake in Quebec, is originally from Brockville, and has friends in Smith Falls, Perth, Ottawa, Renfrew and Cornwall. Before disappearing, he owned and operated a chip wagon near the University of Ottawa.
