    Jimmy was last seen on August 16, 1978. He lived with his wife Linda on Laurel Avenue at the time. They had been married since 1976 and had a child. He worked as a furniture factory employee at Young Hinkle Furniture Company.

    Jimmy associated with the Outlaws motorcycle gang. He had been involved in a dispute previously with the Outlaws according to family members. The night before his disappearance he told his wife he had been beaten by members of the gang, who had also stolen money from him. He left his home with the intent to find them and get his money back. He never rerurned and was never heard from again.

    Foul play is suspected.
