Vital Statistics at Time of Disappearance
Details of Disappearance
Elizabeth Eisel was last seen in 1985 in the Bellevue, Washington area. Elizabeth Eisel's adopted father, Leroy Eisel, who lives in Dallas, Texas, called the Bellevue Police Department one day in the summer of 1988 to see if officers could help him. He and Elizabeth, who was his adopted daughter, had lost track of each other. However, he said he heard she was in Bellevue. Investigation revealed that the last time anyone saw Elizabeth Eisel was when she had been living with Steven DeLoge in Bellevue. The two were half-brother and half-sister. They met after Elizabeth Eisel decided to search for her birth mother. DeLoge and Elizabeth Eisel also had a son.
Steven A. DeLoge was sentenced to life behind bars for sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl. He used to date the girl's mother, Katherine Lowery, before she went missing in 1999. Investigators at the time believed DeLoge was behind her disappearance but were never able to locate the body. He is serving six consecutive life sentences in the Wyoming State Penitentiary in Rawlins.
