    Mark was last seen at approximately 2:00pm at an ATM machine in the vicinity of the 1500 block of E. Lake St. in Minneapolis, MN. He indicated he was traveling toward Hastings, MN to visit a friend but never arrived. Mark's vehicle is also missing and is described as a burgundy, four door, 1991 Ford Taurus with MN Lic# DTC-675.
