    Bruce was last seen on July 24th, 2002 on foot in the Regent Road area of Halifax. Forbes had no contact with friends or family members and has not used his cellphone, accessed bank accounts or used his credit cards since he was reported missing. He was involved in the drug trade at the time of his disappearance. Forbes was declared deceased in 2006 but his body has yet to be found,
