  • Details of Disappearance
At the time of her disappearance, Frady was residing in Van Buren County, near the Bledsoe County line on Jackís Branch Road. She was last seen on January 14, 1996 at JJís market in downtown Pikeville. The market was 11-12 miles from her home, and Frady did not have a driver license, so it is uncertain how Frady got to the market. She asked someone to take her to Moccasin Bend, a Mental Health Institution in Chattanooga, but the person declined.

An employee reported that she was walking on Highway 127 toward Sequatchie County. No one knows where she was going or why she was walking toward Sequatchie County. Frady has not been seen since.

The family had her social security number monitored, her checks were stopped and her insurance card was flagged for any activity. There has been none reported.
