  • Details of Disappearance
    Rodney was last seen leaving his residence at approximately 8:30am in the vicinity of the 1700 block of Peabody Avenue in Memphis, TN. He left for his job as an engineer. When he did not return home that evening, his wife called his office and discovered he hadn't shown up for work.

    His vehicle, described as a white 2002 Dodge Caravan, was found later that day abandoned on the I-40 bridge in the eastbound lane. The keys were in the ignition, the doors unlocked, and no wallet or cell phone was in the van.

    Frazier suffered from depression and was put on medication. He had taken a few months off but was doing well and had recently returned to work as an engineer.
