  • Details of Disappearance
Lyndon was a patient at the old Western Kings Memorial Hospital, being treated for depression, when he jumped out a third-storey window wearing only pyjamas. He appeared to have caught hold of a rain gutter and dropped to the ground, leaving depressions in the grass where he landed. His parents were visiting at the time, but by the time they got downstairs, he had disappeared. Lyndon had been given some medication shortly before he jumped out the window, which may have affected his mind.

A search was immediately initiated, but, while there were many rumoured sightings, no trace of Lyndon was ever found. Police have travelled as far as California following up tips, but nothing concrete was ever found. After he was missing for a year with no local leads, police felt he may have left the area.

Lyndon Fuller had graduated from Central Kings, where he played hockey and was an active 4-H member. He finished a Kingstec program and was working on the family farm. Hed also just bought a new truck. It was totally out of character for Lyndon to disappear without ever contacting his family.
