    • Details of Disappearance
    Around 10:15 p.m., a witness reported seeing a small, gray Toyota truck drive down Rivermont Road, which connects to Citron, according to a Sheriff's Office incident report. 
    A witness reported hearing several shots fired, followed by the sound of men arguing. Then one of the men called out, "I should kill you." 
    Several more shots rang out. Then the truck then left at a high rate of speed, the witness said. 
    Govan's cell phone and black cigarette lighter were found near the scene. An investigator found 30 spent casings in the yard and road.
