  • Details of Disappearance
Jeanine was last seen at the Pruneyard Shopping Center in Campbell. She was driving a black 2000 Ford Mustang with silver race stripes. At around 10:00 PM she was seen leaving with Maurice Xavier Nasmeh driving a green 1993 Jeep Cherokee. Harms is presumed to have been killed. Her body has not been found.

Nasmeh was arrested in December 2004 and charged with Harms' murder, but was released in June 2007 after a judge ruled that key fiber evidence investigators said linked him to the crime was inadmissable. In 2011 a new analysis by an Illinois lab confirmed earlier tests that fibers from a rug matched those found at Harms' home and in the cargo bed of Nasmeh's vehicle. He was shot to death by Harms' brother in January 2011. Harms has never been found.
