    • Details of Disappearance
    Justin was last seen in his bed on Saturday evening, February 15, 2004. The next morning he failed to show up for breakfast.

    When his bed was checked, it was found stuffed with clothes. At 7 a.m., Justin was reported missing by the staff of the R. L. Mills Home, a state-run facility in Casper, Wyoming. Authorities believe Justin could be a runaway and is trying to get to Swink, Oklahoma, where his father lives.
