Details of Disappearance
Thomas Hawks and his wife Jackie were reported missing
by family members after they sold the boat, known as "Well Deserved", on which they had been living.

Newport Beach, San Diego and San Carlos, Mexico.

While on shore the Hawks used their vehicle for transportation.
That vehicle was missing, but was located in Ensenada, Mexico on December 16, 2004.
The couple originally resided in Prescott, Arizona.
Family members told detectives it is unlikely the Hawks' would go so long without contacting relatives.
kylar Deleon and his former wife Jennifer Henderson have been convicted of murder.
Deleon and Kennedy were sentenced to death, while Henderson was sentenced to two terms of life in prison without parole.
A fourth person, Alonso Machain, accepted a plea bargain after testifying for the prosecution in the trials of Deleon, Henderson,
and Kennedy.
He was sentenced to 20 years and 4 months in prison.
Witnesses later detailed during trials how they were tied to an anchor and thrown overboard. Jackie and Thomas have not been found.
