    • Details of Disappearance
    Joe was out late at night partying with three acquaintances in the hamlet of Cragsmoor NY (just outside of Ellenville)
    when,according to these acquaintances their car got stuck in the ditch and they could not get it out. They say that Joe
    left to walk down the mountain (approx. 5 miles) to get help. Two of the three acquaintances left 20 minutes after Joe to
    walk to Ellenville and the third left some time later. It was discovered that Joe never made it home when his job called
    his mother to let her know that he never made it to work. A search of the mountain in Cragsmoor ensured, but 6 days later
    no trace of Joe was ever found. 24 years later Joe's family and friends are left with more questions than answers.
