    • Details of Disappearance
    Henry had moved from Rochester, N.Y., to San Diego in January 1998 and had found work as a truck driver. He didn't like the business very much and told friends and relatives that he was returning to New York.
    He left July 20 in his green Oldsmobile station wagon. The next day, the car was ticketed for a parking violation on Laguna Canyon Road not far from the Sawdust Festival grounds. On July 26, it was impounded, with his wallet in it and all of his I.D..

    Detectives found a Disneyland ticket dated July 20 in the car, although it isn't clear if Henry went there. Bill may have been seen during the week of August 3rd, 1998 in Fontana, CA, where he had attended trucking school. It is possible that Bill could be disoriented.
