    Jessup was last seen in the 300 block of Forest Park Road in Madison, Tennessee on August 5, 1999. She was wearing a t-shirt, jeans and tennis shoes at the time. She had moved in with a family member shortly before her disappearance, and stated that she felt that people were watching her and following her. On the day of her disappearance, Jessup left her children in the care of her mother and then vanished. Nashville, Tennessee authorities are handling her case.
