  • Details of Disappearance
Alivia Kail, of Mount Washington, was last seen on March 5, 2011. She was last seen by her brother, Lance Kail on March 4, in West Mifflen, when she stopped by to pick up some clothes and tell him that she was leaving to go to Florida with her boyfriend, Alexander Lorenzi. She has not been heard of since. When her family was unable to contact her by phone for several days, they became concerned. Then Alivia's phone was shut off for non-payment.

Lorenzi reappeared in Pittsburgh without Alivia and gave conflicting accounts as to her whereabouts. Lorenzi has since told family and police that Alivia decided to stay in Florida. Alex Lorenzi was questioned by police and jailed for several weeks on unrelated drug charges, but he was never charged in connection with the woman's disappearance. He has not been cooperative with police.

Police have information and evidence which leads them to believe the young Mount Washington woman was killed. They think more than one person could be responsible for her death.
