    • Details of Disappearance
    Hakan was last seen on September 20, 1999 in Clifton, New Jersey. His car, a 1989 Mazda with NJ License #RW3-48E was found on September 25, 1999 on Wells Hill Road in Lewis, New York. Karacay’s car was found with the door closed, a dead battery, no gas and with the light switch on, according to police. He was wearing the same clothing as pictured in the first photograph above.
