  • Jewelry: Gold chain necklace with a Cadillac emblem,
    a diamond cluster ring on right hand.

  • Details of Disappearance
    Harvey Kays was last seen on December 12, 1988 at a residence in the Rocky Branch Road area of Franklin County, KY.

    He reportedly left a note saying "Had to Leave". Two of his cars were also missing. One was a 1977 Ford Pick up and the other was a 1983 Winnebago.

    He was reported as missing on January 3, 1989. Officials at KSP say they believe Kays was murdered, although his remains have not been located.
