    Tamra, who lives with her mother and five siblings including her twin sister, was last seen in her bedroom at her downtown Regina home around 11 p.m. on July 5, 2004. According to Tamra's mother, Tamra knows her full name, birthday, and address. Family and law enforcement are worried that she may be the victim of foul play, but they have no information on a possible kidnapper.
