  • Details of Disappearance
    He was in El Paso, Tx at a bus station to go to Marshall, Tx and has not been seen since. He was last seen in El Paso on Feb. 15, 2011, after sheriff's officers dropped him off at the Greyhound bus station in Downtown. He had been released from the county jail after returning from Juárez, and was given a transportation voucher. His relatives, including his common-law wife and three sons, have not heard from him since before his arrest at the border on an alleged parole violation warrant. Relatives told police they are concerned because he is bipolar and was taking prescription medications. There has been no activity on his bank account nor did he have a cell phone.
