  • Medical Conditions: He is severely diabetic.
  • Clothing: T-shirt, blue jeans. He was
    carrying an insulin bag. Heroin addict.

    Layne was last seen June 21, 2005 enroute to the VA Clinic in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, possibly via taxi cab. James had lived with his father and his daughter states that none of his teeth are missing.
