    Ms. Lovett stopped at a pay telephone at Big Louis' Market and made a phone call. Then Ms. Lovett continued South on U.S.
    421 walking. Ms. Lovett stopped at a local bar and used another pay phone. She was last observed walking North bound on
    U.S. Highway 421.
