  • Details of Disappearance
Adrian was last seen at the IHOP restaurant in the 8600 block of Memorial Blvd. in Port Arthur, Texas around 3:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 4, 2008 and has not been seen or heard from since. He was likely intoxicated at the time. A waitress told family that she saw him get in his car. Cell phone records show Lozoya made some calls but there has been no activity on the phone since about 3:30 a.m. May 4. The family filed a missing persons report with Port Neches Police Department on May 5, 2008, when Lozoya didn’t return home and missed his shift at work.
He was driving a 1992 Acura Integra, red with a different colored door, license place Y83 WHV. His car has not been in any accidents or stopped by police in Texas or the U.S.

A native of Mexico, Lozoya was in the country illegally but had a work history and a job in the U.S. He spent the majority of his life in the U.S. and did not visit Mexico on a regular basis. Police and family reported the man used three different Social Security cards. He had no bank account or bank cards and even the vehicle he drove was in his mother’s name. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement has not dealt with Lozoya or by any other names he may have used.
