  • Details of Disappearance
    Miller was last seen at 8 p.m. on August 16, 1968. Miller, an irrigator, didnít show up for work the next day. His wife hadnít seen him either. He was driving a 1960 white, four-door AMC Rambler.

    In the 1980s, deputies dredged the Snake River below the Upper Salmon Dam in hopes of finding Millerís car. A decade later, deputies dug up a backyard in Gooding County. Neither search found anything.
