    On the 2nd of October 2001, restaurant owners last saw Richard Munroe at Serge's Restaurant on Elgin Street in the City of
    Greater Sudbury. He spent most of his time in Thessalon, Sault Ste. Marie, and Dunn's Valley, and some time in Sudbury and
    British Columbia.
