  • Details of Disappearance
Kerry was last seen at her residence in the vicinity of the 200 block of N. Perkins Boulevard in Burlington, WI.

Kerry's husband reported to police his wife had received a call from a coworker at Gander Mountain, where she worked in public relations, telling her that she needed to fly to a trade show in Wyoming. He told detectives he remembers waking up around 4:30am on December 6th, 1989 to a kiss goodbye from his wife before she got in a car reportedly headed to O'Hare International Airport in Chicago.

There was no trade show, and Kerry's boss at Gander Mountain insisted no one from the office had called Kerry with that information.

Kerry had been suffering from an unknown medical condition at the time of her disappearance. Kerry had been experiencing stomach pains, vomiting and diarrhea. Doctors hadn't pinpointed what was causing the symptoms before she vanished.
