Zulma Pabon, a 26-year-old nurse and mother, was reported missing by her co-workers when she didnt show up for work at at St. Francis Medical Center on June 9th. She was last seen on June 6, 2014 in the area of her residence, on Terrace Arbor Circle, where Zulma lived with the father of her four-year-old son. Pabon last texted a friend shortly after 9:30 p.m. Friday, June 6th, canceling plans to hang out.
Pabon's white 2009 Nissan Altima was located on June 16, 2014 at the Greenleigh Mobile Home Park off Jeff Davis Highway, approximately 18 miles from the residence. The ar was seen leaving her home at 6:25 Saturday morning, June 7th. About 12 hours later, an unidentified truck and trailer picks up what police believe is Pabon's car.
Chesterfield Police said there was no history of domestic violence calls at the address, nor any indication Pabon had ever disappeared before.
Her sister previously said that there’s no way Pabon would just up and leave without taking her four-year-old son. Police say that the father of Zulma Pabon's four-year-old son is not cooperating with their investigation into her disappearance. According to friends Zulma was breaking up with him and said she was getting her own apartment.
Police have not named a suspect or person of interest in Pabon's case.
