Vital Statistics at Time of Disappearance
Details of Disappearance
Amy Pagnac was last seen at the Osseo Holiday Gas Station where she was waiting for her step-father in his car. She may have had a seizure and been disoriented.
Amy had gone on a day-trip with her non-biological father, Marshall Midden, to tend crops at the family’s farm in Isanti County. On the way home, the two stopped at a Holiday gas station in Osseo, 2 miles from their home. Amy waited in the car while Midden used the restroom. Midden told authorities that when he returned to the car, Amy was gone.
She lived with her family on the 9700 block of Hemlock Lane North in Maple Grove at the time. The residence was searched in 2014. They also used a backhoe to dig in the yard. The police were hoping to take advantage of new technology that could lead them to clues. The search was part of an effort between Maple Grove Police, the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
