  • Details of Disappearance
    Tammy was last seen on April 11, 2004 in Syracuse, New York. She is described as a “drifter” who frequented the Clinton Square area. Tammy left behind a young son, and has not cashed her social services checks.

    In 2005, serial killer Nicholas Wiley was charged with the murder of Tammy Passineau, after her DNA was matched with blood found on a box cutter in Wiley’s apartment. In his confession, Wiley claimed he slit each victim’s throat and dumped their bodies. On September 27, 2006, Wiley was found guilty of killing Tammy and two other women, however her body has never been found.
