  • Details of Disappearance
    Paresh Patel was last seen by his business associate. He was last seen at the club Azucar, located at 400 Lavaca Street. At the time, Patel was a business partner in Yassine Enterprises and owned several local clubs: Azucar, Melagio, Metro, Chrome, Platinum X, and Treasure Island. The investigation revealed that Patel had a disagreement with business partners shortly before his disappearance. He was known to carry large amounts of cash.

    His car, a white Lexus sport-utility vehicle, was observed parked along 4th Street and Lavaca on Monday evening, with the keys in the ignition. On Tuesday, September 26th, his vehicle


    His credit cards and cell phone have not been used since his disappearance. Patel leaves behind two children. Foul play is suspected.

    A Texas Syndicate leader claimed during a trial in February 2004 to have killed Patel and buried his body under a grocery store in Buda. Police officials said at the time that they had other leads in Patel's disappearance and that they thought he was no longer alive.
